At Xperience X•ALT, every piece is designed with intention and produced in small, quality-focused batches. We are not fast fashion. We prioritize craftsmanship, fit, and experience, which means your order is handled with care from start to finish.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after purchase.

Processing time includes:
• order verification
• quality inspection
• packaging
• fulfillment

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During launches, new collections, or sales, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume. We promise we’re working as fast as possible without compromising quality.

SHIPPING TIMES

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping
3 to 7 business days within the United States

Expedited Shipping
2 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• your location
• package weight
• selected shipping speed

Free shipping promotions may be offered during select campaigns or launches.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:
• incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• lost or returned packages due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your mailbox area

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Then email us at info@xperiencexalt.com so we can assist

PRE-ORDERS AND LIMITED DROPS

Some items may be labeled Pre-Order or Limited Release.

These pieces are produced intentionally and may require extended processing times. Estimated ship dates will always be listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything may ship together unless otherwise stated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
