When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
when will my order ship?
We carefully fulfill every order so your pieces arrive in the condition you expect. Processing can take up to 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow its journey to you.
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
To keep things moving swiftly, we begin processing orders right away. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes — but if something isn’t right when it arrives, we’ll help you with a return.
What is your shipping policy?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout . Errors can delay delivery or cause a package to be misrouted. We aren’t responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. Delivery may take 1–14 business days after shipment depending on your location and shipping method.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’re responsible for the return shipping cost. To begin a return, email us with your order number, name, date, tracking number, and reason.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different style or size, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is processed.
Do you refund the shipping charge?
Shipping fees are not refundable.
How do I know what size to order?
We recommend referring to the sizing guide on each product page to find your best fit. If you have questions about fit, we’re happy to help.
