Refund policy
RETURNS
We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, submit your request through our return portal. You can find this by selecting "View Order" from your order confirmation email. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
It is the customer's responsibility to ship any/all items being returned to our company.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that we do not refund postage/shipping charges on orders.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@xperiencexalt.com.
If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, we will notify you by email. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the item will be donated or discarded.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on body suits or sale items.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
